At our studio, we proudly provide ear piercing services for children as young as 2 months old, ensuring a safe and gentle experience for your little ones. Our trained professionals understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment for both children and parents during this special moment.

Additionally, we offer tattoo services for minors aged 16 and older, with the requirement that they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have required documents. Whether it's a child's first ear piercing or a meaningful tattoo for teenagers, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our clients.

When scheduling an appointment for a minor, please be aware that there are specific restrictions in place. It is essential to bring a notarized form for every visit, detailing each piercing/ Tattoo you wish to receive, as we can only perform those specifically listed on the form.

Additionally, if you are 16 years or older, please present both parent and minor identification. Notarization services are available in-house, but they require a $15 charge and necessitate the presentation of a birth certificate and the aforementioned IDs.

Please note that tattoos require a notarized form as well, and only individuals aged 16 and above may be tattooed.

Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the loss of your deposit, so be sure to prepare accordingly.

A person may not perform body piercing on a minor without the written (click link to print) http://www.floridahealth.gov/environmental-health/body-piercing/_documents/notarized-parental-consent.pdf consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and an establishment may not perform body piercing on a minor under the age of 17 unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as specified in section 381.0075, Florida Statutes.

This act constitutes a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in section 775.082 or section 775.083, Florida Statutes.

Laws regarding the piercing of minors vary by location. in the United States, the legal age of consent or legal responsibility is usually 18 years of age. until then a minor’s body is the legal responsibility of his or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s). additionally, any contract (such as a release form) signed by a minor is not legally binding unless it is also signed by the person legally responsible for her/him. (see sample release form for minors, page 62.) For these reasons, significant caution is required when piercing minors,

Other piercings are potentially dangerous, unethical to perform, or problematic to heal on minors whose bodies are still growing and changing. Under no circumstances is it acceptable for a piercer to perform a piercing on the nipples or genitals of an individual under 18 years of age. This is ethically unconscionable and may even be deemed a felony sexual offense in a court of law.

For any piercing of a minor 16 and under, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a consent form. state-issued photo identification is required from the legal guardian, and a bona fide form of identification from the minor (driver’s license or state-issued photo id; birth certificate plus school yearbook). In the event the parent has a different last name and/or address from the child, documentation is needed to prove the relationship (for example: divorce or marriage certificate; custodial or adoption papers; birth certificate).
