At our studio, we proudly offer ear piercing services for children as young as 2 months old, providing a safe, gentle, and comfortable experience for both children and parents during this special moment.
We also offer tattoo services for minors ages 16 and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have all required documentation at the time of their appointment.
When booking for a minor, please be aware of the following requirements:
• A notarized consent form is required for every visit, clearly stating each specific piercing or tattoo being performed. We can only complete the services listed on the form.
• Both the parent/legal guardian and the minor must present valid identification (ID & Birth certificate)
• Tattoos are strictly limited to minors ages 16 and older with proper notarized consent.
For your convenience, we offer in-house notarization for a $15 fee. To use this service, you must bring: • The minor’s birth certificate
• Valid IDs for both the parent/guardian and the minor
Failure to provide all required documentation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
A person may not perform body piercing on a minor without the written (click link to print) http://www.floridahealth.gov/environmental-health/body-piercing/_documents/notarized-parental-consent.pdf consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and an establishment may not perform body piercing on a minor under the age of 17 unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as specified in section 381.0075, Florida Statutes.
This act constitutes a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in section 775.082 or section 775.083, Florida Statutes.
Laws regarding the piercing of minors vary by location. in the United States, the legal age of consent or legal responsibility is usually 18 years of age. until then a minor’s body is the legal responsibility of his or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s). additionally, any contract (such as a release form) signed by a minor is not legally binding unless it is also signed by the person legally responsible for her/him. (see sample release form for minors, page 62.) For these reasons, significant caution is required when piercing minors,
Other piercings are potentially dangerous, unethical to perform, or problematic to heal on minors whose bodies are still growing and changing. Under no circumstances is it acceptable for a piercer to perform a piercing on the nipples or genitals of an individual under 18 years of age. This is ethically unconscionable and may even be deemed a felony sexual offense in a court of law.
