Cancellation / reschedule

Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of both our clients and staff.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will also be charged the full amount of the service.

This policy allows us to better accommodate all clients, as missed appointments take away availability from others who may be waiting to book.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Booking Fees

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your service, except during heavily discounted promotions. In those cases, a separate fee may be required to reserve your time slot.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all shop policies. Please note that all booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

We have a strict late policy in place to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will also lose your deposit and will need to pay the full amount for the procedure if you wish to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
Tattoos

Once our artist has you scheduled in our agenda and your tattoo design is created, please note that booking fees are non-refundable. The booking fee is intended to compensate our tattoo artist for their time and effort in crafting your artwork, especially in cases of cancellation or no show. We kindly ask you to respect our artist's time, as they are busy working on designs for other clients as well. Tattoos are designed in the order of appointments, and you will receive a rough draft of your design one day before your scheduled tattoo session if it is a large custom piece. For smaller designs you will recieve a printed draft of your design upon arrival to shop
