

Cancellation / reschedule
Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the valuable time of both our clients and staff. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service cost. It’s important to note that same-day cancellations incur a 100% charge of the service fee. Additionally, clients who fail to show up for their appointments without any prior notification will also be charged the full amount. This policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, as missed appointments prevent us from serving others who may want to book at that time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining an efficient scheduling system.
Booking Fees
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your service, except in cases where there is a heavily discounted promotion. In such instances, a separate fee will be necessary to reserve your time slot. By making your booking, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to all outlined policies. Please note that once the booking fee is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with excellent service.
We have a strict late policy in place to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will also lose your deposit and will need to pay the full amount for the procedure if you wish to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
Tattoos
Once our artist has you scheduled in our agenda and your tattoo design is created, please note that booking fees are non-refundable. The booking fee is intended to compensate our tattoo artist for their time and effort in crafting your artwork, especially in cases of cancellation or no show. We kindly ask you to respect our artist's time, as they are busy working on designs for other clients as well. Tattoos are designed in the order of appointments, and you will receive a rough draft of your design one day before your scheduled tattoo session if it is a large custom piece. For smaller designs you will recieve a printed draft of your design upon arrival to shop
